Shanghai Expo 2010

In 2008, Shanghai EXPO selected ZEDfactory for the Urban Best Practice Area and invited us to design and operate a 3000 square meter pavilion in EXPO2010. 

In 2009, Tianjin national real estate group has signed a contract with ZEDfactory to deliver a 30 square kilometer zero carbon city witnessed by Chinese minister of commerce Chen Deming and Lord Mandelson.

Since 2004, ZEDfactory initiated our supply chain for affordable renewable element from China to lower down the cost of zero carbon development in UK. Big suppliers today including Himin and Suntech are our supplier in this system. With products from China, ZEDfactory is able to bring zero carbon homes closer to affordable housing
