Commercial Offices

While best known for it's residential schemes ZEDfactory has worked on and built many commercial and high spec office buildings which are shown here. Commercial elements often form the basis of funding for schemes and hence often feature in residential schemes. They feature similar ZED building physics models as the homes and we are now incorporating passive cooling measures that in the long term will free shops and offices from the burden of air conditioning.
