Eco-Refurbishment

With new build homes accounting for a small proportion of the UK's housing stock it is important to recognise and propose a strategy for refurbishing existing housing to future proof it against climate change. With this in mind ZEDfactory created the ZEDUP concept which proposes packages of measures for upgrading homes to achieve carbon neutrality using the ZEDstandards specification. A1ZEDUP is a collaboration between an experienced home conversion company and ZEDfactory. The ZEDfabric supply chain supplies all the necessary components for both ZEDUP's and new build.
