Mixed Use

It is intrinsic to ZEDfactory's ideals that our schemes should combine uses which can often lead to greater carbon footprint reductions than looking at uses for sites in isolation - For example the Jubilee Project in Cornwall combines housing with workshops, a creche, café, and offices making it a shining example of mixed use sustainability.
