Who is the ZED Projects service for?

Any landowner who wants to unlock their land’s development potential via a low-carbon, low-environmental-impact development. Landowners can be individuals or organisations. The key point is that the landowner has to be willing to hold on to their land until units are built and sold, and if the landowner wants us to arrange project financing, the landowner also has to be willing to offer their land as collateral against a loan. We call this 'land partnering'.
