Prospective clients - Land partnering

How does land-partnering benefit the landowner?

By retaining land-ownership until units are sold, the landowner stands to increase the value of their land. There is some additional risk in doing this, but there are also additional rewards.

Our land-partnering approach is designed to minimise risk through the use of our standard house-types.

The rewards are proportional to the risk the landowner is willing to take. If the landowner is able to finance construction as well as offer their land, they would expect to take the lion’s share of the profit. Generally, we would expect to work for pre-negotiated fees, plus a bonus worked out with the client in advance – according to, for instance, sales values achieved, construction delivery performance, and complexities attached to the site.
