Prospective clients - Land partnering

How to get started?

Before you contact us, you should speak to your local council to find out their development plans for the local area around your site. This will give you (and us) an idea of whether planning permission is likely to be straightforward or not. (We can do this for you, but we make a charge of £500+VAT to include a short written response.)

If you have specific intentions for your site, especially in terms of sustainable features you would like to see, it is useful to note these down. We will need the following information about your site, so if you can prepare this in advance, it saves time:

  • The size and location of your site
  • A description of site features and current use
of site and any neighbouring obstructions
  • Photos of the site
  • Identification of who owns the land / site
  • Sustainable features you want to adopt.
