Is a sustainable development feasible?

Following an introductory meeting with us, where we discuss your requirements and explain our services, we will suggest what we think are possible options for your site. If you wish to pursue these with us, and we think we can help you, our next step is to offer to undertake a short feasibility exercise. The feasibility study will include an outline design with sustainable options, and give you our appraisal of the site’s value based on that design solution. We charge £3000+VAT for this service. This type of feasibility exercise is likely to suit a smaller site which can be developed with up to 10 homes.

For a more in-depth feasibility study for, say, up to 30 homes, we charge £15000+VAT. For larger sites, we will need to consider with you how much work is needed. For instance, indicative costs for an in-depth report, to include masterplanning of the site layout and designs for a development of up to 100 homes, is likely to cost around £60,000+VAT.
