What happens after planning consent?


We will appoint a main contractor, with whom we will have negotiated a fixed-price for the construction of your scheme. We will also make sure that subcontractors and consultants are chosen to provide appropriate specialisms where they are required, and we will oversee the project from start to finish.

Our aim is to get on-site as soon as is practical. Inevitably, there will be a short pause before a construction team can be in place.
