How will units be sold?

Depending on the number of units being built, we will design and organise a showhome in one of the first completed properties. Typically, the showhome will expand and explain the sustainable home options, upgradeability and lifestyle choices. We will use our website, and/or local agents to market properties. Historically, our low-carbon homes have sold at a premium over and above surrounding properties, including other new-builds.

If there are social housing units in the scheme, we will organise a registered social landlord to purchase these. Typically social housing units are sold at a lower price than ‘for sales’ because they are subject to government grants and bulk purchase. We may also suggest some pre-sales, depending on the market and the project’s need for cash flow.
