How will profit be shared?


Profit will be shared according to the original agreement with the landowner. Included in the final profit will be unused amounts we have set aside for contingencies as well as additional premiums achieved on sales. If the project is phased, we will give priority to repaying interest on any project financing, and then release the profit from sales receipts to the landowner as soon as homes have been legally transferred.

We operate open-book accounting with the landowner. This allows the landowner to monitor expenditure and progress as the scheme is delivered.
